apt-listbugs software package provides tool which lists critical bugs before each apt installation, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install apt-listbugs 

apt-listbugs is installed in your system.

Make ensure the apt-listbugs package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep apt-listbugs *

You will get with apt-listbugs package name, version, architecture and description in a table
